I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Budapest) in Aug 2023
Interview
Classic professional interview with the PMO head and an HR person. It was online. The interviewer had already pre-conceptions about me based on my cv which was surprising since they could just not call me in the first place. I also got nasty questions which were kind of unprofessional. Like why I changed so often and how they can know that I will not leave the company after few months the same way. He wanted guarantees which is ridiculous. The whole interview had a nasty, cinical tone. The HR person also did not seem too confident or well prepared but tried to soften the edges of the Manager's questions with a small success rate.
