First was a short screening call then online interview about a week later. Everything was smooth and fast, everyone was very nice. Interview felt like a conversation with welcoming atmosphere.

Mix of technical/behavioral questions. What do you know about reinsurance, questions related to your resume.
After detailed look at your CV. Once they are done with screening your Cover Letter, they will let you know that further assessment steps, like a first phone or interview or in person
They were very fast their response during the application, how quickly they got back to you after the interview for the first and second round. They were very friendly as well.
