I was invited to their super day for their summer internship program. The entire process took approximately three hours, where I spoke with six people from various departments. I heard back from them around three weeks after the interview, one week later than someone else who also attended the same super day. Besides the delay, it was a pleasant experience, and the people at Allianz were very friendly.

only one interview with hiring managers. No technical questions. the process lasts half an hour. But got rejection in the end. Online interview with two people. Questions really depends on different managers.

Easygoing, the whole interview very chill and relaxing. The interviewer are open to me asking questions and explain the position that I applied for very clear and detail. The whole interview process will not be long if you able to explain your portfolio well and relate it to the role interviewed for.
