The selection process began with an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion involving six participants. Later in the evening, a two-member panel interviewed us to evaluate our English communication skills.

they asked basic questions so as to get to know about your personality in depth. JUST BE YOU, bcz that is what they are trying to figure out. Each and every employees as friendly as well as always smiling and cooperate.

3 Rounds: A small aptitude test, Group Discussion, and a one-on-one interview. The aptitude consisted of about 10 to 15 questions. Followed by GD, where we were all divided into groups and asked to discuss on different topics. The interview was fairly easy but, as i hadnt prepared properly, I stuttered a bit and wasnt selected.
