I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Chandler, AZ) in May 2019
Interview
The company emailed me after I applied and asked that I do a video interview. I didn't and received a call a few days later for an in person interview. For the interview I was asked to sit down and fill out papers right away. The papers were the interview questions and a survey. While I filled it out, the director came in, sat across from ne, and watched me. It was a bit uncomfortable. I handed over the papers after completion and he literally started the interview by asking me the first question from the papers. That was a bit annoying but I answered anyways. I was there for maybe 2 hours. He described the job to me and pretty much made an offer. He said I would need to request time off from my other job for training purposes. I took the time off and training didn't even start. The job wasn't even as described in the interview. I felt like he tricked me because he was desperate for workers. I learned that 7-8 other employees quit before I had started. Quickly, I experienced what drove them away. I quit about 2 weeks into training and I don't regret it.
