Interview
Two friendly phone screens followed by an interview. Everything seemed very relaxed until you find out that most of the people you'll be working with are across the globe and have a very text book hard nose approach. There is no room here for not knowing every smallest detail of the BABOK guide book. Guide books like the BABOK and the PMBOK don't solve problems or come up with creative solutions. That comes from clever people. This group wasn't looking for that here. What they really wanted was a drone who follows orders and can recite procedure. These guys are far ridged to work for to be successful and advance easily.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allscripts (Raleigh, NC)

Typically a team of four from the Product you are interviewing for will divide up several hours and interview you one-on-one. If you know your job, you'll be fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. They mostly want to see if you will 'fit in'.
