Interview
First there was a grammar test of 40-50 questions,the level was easy.The second round was personal interview where general hr questions were asked.Basically communication and interpersonal skills were tested.Basic hr questions were asked.And short briefing on the job profile was done.
Quick process - 3 weeks, 3 interviews. One with HR recruiter, program manager, experienced consultant. Provided great insight into the company, what they were looking, and asked mainly behavioral and experience based questions.
