Quick process/Long Background Check; I Applied on the April 27th; 3 days later I did phone interview: 4 days after phone interview I did face to face interview and 3 hours after the face to face interview I was offered a job. Now I'm just waiting on background check to come back. I did have to supply w2's for past jobs and my high school diploma.

A day after applying on the Allstate website I received an email for a montage interview, which is a recorded phone interview. The next day I completed the phone interview, which was really easy! They asked to describe yourself, why do you want to work there, a time when you had to assist an angry customer, etc. Now I'm waiting & praying for a face to face...
