It was a phone interview, very easy, uche was nice. When we finally met, it was during the remodel of the office. He was wearing a leather jacket. He was really kind, kinda loud and outspoken but really nice.

The interview was done in two parts. I had a phone interview with the office manager first. The second part was with the actual agency owner. During the agency owner portion I also sat with one of the other producers. The general flow was easy and relaxed.
The interview went well. Pay, schedule’ etc were discussed at that time. A panda in the market actually told me I could get a better job in the jungle. But you know how that goes.
