Request you all to go through this experience I have applied for a senior consultant position in Bangalore through HR. The process took 5+ weeks. It includes as below: 1. Technical Interview 2. Managerial/Technical interview 3. Onsite managerial/technical interview 4. HR Interview I contacted a HR person for interview who forwarded my cv to another lady. That lady didn't call me first. Again I need to check with that HR person, then I received a call for first round. I need to stop-by in the Allstate Bangalore facility for the first round. The technical panelists were professionals and well-mannered. They behaved really well and didn't ask any irrelevant question. It went around for 1 hour. Then my recruiter, that lady came with a laptop saying that a managerial round would be there though skype. The process started after 10 minutes and went for 20 minutes. The manager was in US. The interview was good. It seemed that the manager was happy with my responses. After the managerial interview, my recruiter told me that I passed the interviews. When I asked for the next processes, she told that there might be another onsite managerial interview and one HR round. Then comes the pain period. I started contacting my recruiter. She was telling there was no update. That went for 2 weeks. One day she told an onsite round is scheduled. I need to come to office again. I attended the same. It was a videocon. 3 persons sitting on another side. The recruiter was on leave that day. Some one else was trying to set up the meeting for me. It seems he didn't know how to set up meetings. A total mess. People are playing in the canteen, the videocon room has less lights etc etc. The videocon started with a positive note. The person who was asking questions sitting over there seemed to be Alan turing. But didn't ask anything specific. Roamed around topic to topic. Interviewed ended with a positive note also. The Pain period continues. I forgot to tell, the HR round was completed 2-3 days after my initial interview. Salary was not much negotiated. Now, I am trying to call my recruiter. Everytime she talks over the phone as she is the CEO and I am begging for a job. Her only reply is that "wait for sometime". Now she is telling that my candidature is on hold for some reason and it is not positive. My advice to all of you that, please don't waste your time for this company. They are not professionals. I know the review will vary and it's person specific. Your experience will be good only if you get a good recruiter.
