The interview process was fairly straightforward. The first step was a brief call with the Allstate internal recruiter working the requisition. Then came a call with a director and/or the hiring manager. Both of those interviews were mostly "behavioral"-type interviews to learn about how you work with teams, solve problems, etc. Then there was a two-part technical interview. The first part was a 30-minute RPI (pair programming) interview (Google that). The second part was a 15-minute remote whiteboarding session. After that, they made their decision pretty quickly. Overall, it was a good experience (even though I didn't get an offer).
