First was the on-demand Montage telephone interview. Then was online assessment. Then an in person interview with two managers. The interview process was almost an hour and we did go through all my job history, customer service experience, examples, etc. That whole process was 2 weeks then it took almost two weeks before I heard back with a job offer.
