Had 3 interviews office manager and agency owners and another person basic questions focused on sales and commission very low compensation for a ton a work but good office environment and training was good
When I interviewed for the Licensed Sales Producer role, the process started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and sales experience. After that, I had a virtual interview that focused on my communication skills, ability to meet sales goals, and how I handle customer interactions.

great job, but there are no benefits since you're not on w2. leads are ice cold. Team was very small but worked very well together. I would recommend the job to those who like to earn their own check
The process is easy going. Just wanted honest answers and to know that you are willing and able to make a sale. There are many questions on if you can make calls to random people for a sale.
