Interview level : easy Interview experience: weird I interviewed at AllState for Senior SWE. First round interview was about experience and discussions around relational data sses vs. nosql databases. The interview went well. The second round was technical round. It was very weird. The interviewer was very weird and asked very vague and generic questions but expecting a very specific answer or keyword in response. It went throughout whole one hour. I was asked to write a code for a short problem Think as leetcode easy level. I did that. But ultimately what sucked was the overall interview practices; where questions so generic but expecting specific keywords in answer.

Initial phone interview with HR with usual background questions. Initial technical phone screen then a online quiz. After you clear both, you will have a in person interview (2 hrs) with white board problems.
