I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Tampa, FL) in May 2019
Interview
I submitted an application and my resume via the Allstate portal. I was then contacted by a recruiter who asked me some basic questions about my resume and experience. After completing that I was sent a link to complete a pre-employment screening test which consisted of personality questions. After passing that I was then interviewed by the regional manager as well as the hiring manager for the position. Time in between steps was rather lengthy. My last interview was two months ago and I have not heard anything back. When I check my status I am still showing as being interviewed by management. I am a little disappointed that I have not heard back yet on my status, but am hopeful since I have not been declined yet for the position.
