Interview
The process took a month. I applied directly on their website. From the day I applied, a week later, I received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. HR gave a brief summary of the company and explained the role followed by asking questions about my experience. Two weeks later, I had a 3 30min interviews with two managers and director of the department. They asked behavioral questions and questions about my past experience. I was contacted within two weeks and received a final decision.
It was pretty easy. A basic interview with basic questions. The staff was amazing and me feel comfortable. It was a virtual interview with about 4 people. There about 3 different interviews
Very organized with straightforward questions you would expect for the role. It was limited to two rounds and had two people included in the interviews. Now just filling space for 30 word minumum.
30-minute phone interviewer with the recruiter, then a few weeks later was a 30-minute video interview with my manager. It was a very informal and casual friendly process and felt more like a conversation rather than an intimidating interview.
