It was hard questions that didn’t pertain to the job. You think it’s for insurance but it’s a call center. You also go through training after training you answer at least 75 to 100 calls per day with angry and annoyed customers.

Hard questions that had something to do with the job
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
