Formal interview typical of a company the size of Allstate. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewer was not full of himself as can occur frequently at interviews for similar positions at other companies.

Only did phone interview.
Interview consisted of basic application questions (office of choice, moving necessities...etc) and a few behavioral questions. The lady I spoke with was kind and the interview was great overall. Learned a lot about the role and decided not to pursue any further as it wasn’t a good fit for me.
