Once the process began, All state was very prompt in communicating with me. I exchanged a couple of emails back and forth with the HR rep to schedule a time for the initial interview, which was a half-hour phone call with the HR rep. She was very nice and pleasant. She said she'd contact me shortly after to let me know if I'd be moving on or not. I heard back within a 2-3 days that I would meet the hiring manager. We scheduled a time for the following week. I met with the hiring manager for a half hour interview over Skype (during COVID so everything is online). The interview went quite well, but in the end the manager decided not to move on with me for the next round.
