While the process was straight forward. Applying online, 2 telephone interviews and an then a 3 hour interview at the Charlotte location. The onsite was a meeting with department director, then a presentation in front of 4 executives followed by a business case Q&A. I repeatedly ask the questions to get a deeper understanding of the role and responsibilities of the position and what people like about the company. I never got a good feel for the role and what projects the group was tasked with. Everything was cloudy. Also for the 3+ hours I was there, I didnt feel like I was a serious candidate for them. Offered 1 bathroom break and over 2 hours before I was offered water.
