I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allstate (South Barrington, IL) in Apr 2010
Interview
Telephone interview with outsourced HR dept. This was the only part of the interview process that I had to chase up as the interviewer failed to follow thru on what he said he was going to do. I then had a behavioural interview in-person with a manager. I was called back the following day for a 2nd behavioural interview with another manager and the following day I was interviewed in person by their manager. He advised me during the interview that I would be offered the job and should hear within 2 weeks with an official offer. I did and the rest is history.

Question 1
Describe an occasion when you exceeded a customers expectations. Give a specific example.
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen
