I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Sep 2022
Interview
Interview was very laid back. The first round was a recorded interview that you can do on your own time, the second was a live interview with two actuaries and the third round was another live interview with 3-4 actuaries. They asked a combination of behavioral and analytical questions, but nothing particularly job-specific, which I appreciated considering this is an entry level role. The interviewers were all very kind and helped me through the process.
total two rounds. HR call and manager interview. Everything is smooth and questions based on your résumé. Not too much behavior question. Interviewers are nice and patient. Got an offer within a week.

Interview
First I was asked to complete a HireVue interview (unlimited amount of time to record yourself, very relaxed and easy to complete). Then I was invited to do a 45 minute virtual interview with two actuaries which was kind of like a case study.
