Was sent an email asking to set up a time for a phone interview which last approximately 20 minutes. I was then sent an online assessment and was contacted by a new recruiter for an on site interview.

Name a time you had to juggle two tasks. How did you handle it and what was the outcome.
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
