If you submit 20 or so applications online through their website, you might get lucky enough to get a first interview by phone (easy and laid back), then if the recruiter likes you they'll offer you an in-person interview with several people at once who will try to intimidate you-- they seemed to want to see that I was nervous (I wasn't). It was 4 months after I applied before I got the phone interview and another month after that before I was called back for an in-person interview.

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
