Worst interview experience ever. Unorganized people and inefficient processes. You'll start with an initial phone screening and be asked to finish a cognitive assessment. Then next round you'll talk to a hiring manager with standard behavioral questions. so far so good right? watch out, 3rd round they'll ask you an hour for a SQL testing with pretty complex SQL questions, even tho they claim 'basic' in the JD. You finally make it to the last round, which is ridiculous long that they'll ask you to block 4 hours for some endless SQL tests, troubleshooting, and system configuration, without any introduction or 'interview' questions at all. Forget about their HR department cuz they won't even be able to put together an interview schedule at all. And by wasting hours of preparation and testing, you finally start to realize that they're looking for a pure IT guy- whatever tittle they advertised out there. This is basically a software company that needs only sales or IT help desk ppl. Find yourself a better place if you're looking for a real career in business or finance.
