After completing the application and assessment, I was invited to interview and scheduled a time with HR. They were supposed to call me, but I heard nothing. I waited 15 minutes and then sent an email inquiring about this, and said if the time was no longer convenient that I would be happy to send my availability for the rest of the week. This did not respond and did not follow up. They completely just ghosted me. This is utterly unprofessional and says a lot about how they run things. This is annoying and was a waste of my time. I do not know why they sounded so excited to schedule a call with me just to ghost a candidate that put a lot of time into my application and took off time from my paid job to schedule this.
