First interview with the recruiter, then a SQL test. Passed the test. I was told I'll have an interview with the hiring manager but once I got on the call there were 3 people to interview me. They asked some SQL related questions and questions to determine my troubleshooting skills. I was told I'm moving to the next round and the recruiter will reach out to me to schedule it. She didn't reach out until I emailed her. She asked me my availability. I responded and didn't hear back. I reached out to her and the manager multiple times and finally got the same as usual "decided to move forward with another applicant." Advice to candidates: don't expect to hear back from them even if you send multiple emails. Advice to company: send a personalized email if a candidate is far along in the process.
