Terrible communication with HR dept. no updates after interviews for MONTHS. Very strange behavior. There was a moment when i needed to pass some standard IQ test. i researched about it and appeared it is difficult for non-native english speakers and i suggested to provide me the test with less time constraints or in my native language. She just said ok and booked me on next rounds of the interviews. After I received OFFER - she recalled that i needed this test. Thanks god I passed it and i can’t imagine what would they do i i wouldn’t. Onboarding is terrible but this is another story. Bad experience of hiring overall

Pretty standard product owners questions. Prioritizations. Dependencies, scrum.
The phone screening went smoothly, but the video interview was horrible. I had the video interview with the director and senior PM, and I felt I was talking to a wall. They clearly had no interest in me, and I was able to tell that they already picked someone else. The interview was done in 20 minutes and they asked no technical questions at all. After the video interview, no feedback or email from HR or the recruiter.

Applied via LinkedIn for a REMOTE position (keep this in mind because this will be referenced later). First was a phone screen with a recruiter; the recruiter was 15 mins late to the call (already a red flag) and frankly he sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about. I asked about how they onboard remote employees and he explained their process. Next was a video interview with hiring manager and a member of their team. After that was a panel interview of more team members, including the hiring manager and the team member from the first round whom I already spoke with, which seemed redundant. Final round was a video interview with someone at the director level . This was BY FAR the most unprofessional interview i’ve ever had. The guy that interviewed me was rude, he swore multiple times, and he even made a backhanded comment to me which was unbelievable. This guy was downright disrespectful and he said “I’m a bit old fashioned and nobody on my team works remote. Everyone has to go into the office because this role is hybrid.” THE POSITION WAS ADVERTISED ON LINKEDIN AS REMOTE and nobody in any of the previous interviews said a word about the role being hybrid. In fact, they STILL have positions advertised on Linkedin as remote to this day! Also, he was wearing a t shirt and working from home; talk about hypocrisy! Anyway, the company completely ghosted me after the final round; they didn’t even have the decency to follow up with me. Not even an auto generated rejection email. In retrospect I probably dodged a bullet: if leadership is condescending and disrespectful to a candidate in an interview, imagine how poorly they treat the employees. This company clearly does not have their act together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
