Interview
This was a phone interview that went smoothly and didn’t ask any tricky questions. In the beginning, they asked the “tell me about yourself” question. For the remainder interview, they questions about your skills, qualifications, and experience working as registered behavioral technician.
Very quick which should have been a red flag. They hire people and lose them just as quick. Pay isn’t worth all the stress. They make RBTs do everything and then are shady when accommodations are asked for. There is definitely special treatment too.
