Didn't apply at all just went school career throw a lot resume. Few days later Recruiter called. I met hiring manager to interview 2 days later.Interview was easy along with small talk. Don't worry about it just be yourself. Got back response in 3 days. Very fast hiring process .
The first round interview was about background + a simple case study (you can solve manually or using excel). The interviewer was nice, and the scheduling was nice as well. Don't know what next step look like.

Great company to work for. One round of virtual interview and received the offer. Detroit location. , 3 days a week onsite. Benefits are great. Good work life balance. Management is very understanding.
