I work in TA for competitors of Ally and am colleagues with many of their TA team. Interviewed with a director over one of the TA groups. Told me I interviewed well and would be moved forward, haven’t heard anything for over a month since. No feedback. Eye opening experience considering I work in talent acquisition, you would think they would follow up and just say “not at this time”. Wouldn’t be interested if they reached back out, pretty terrible experience in terms of follow up.
