Received invitations to do two on-demand video interviews, both for analyst positions. One invitation came with a recruiter name and an actual link to do the interview, so I did the interview. A month later, I still haven't heard back. The other invitation came from a no-reply email with no name, no link, no date or time, and no way to follow up. Never got to do that interview and obviously haven't heard anything since.

Screening through recorded video. It was a total of five questions. It wasn't too hard but it was weird having to record yourself. I prefer talking to people for interviews.
I was given a hirevue assignment with 7 questions. About three of them were recorded and the others were basic questions about your qualifications. The interviewer did not get back to me. I asked him some questions the day he sent the email for the hirevue asking how many questions there were and other questions. One week later I asked if there’s any progress with the interview process. Ghosted both times. Makes me think that this company isn’t organized

The interview process also took me a month for an offer. At last, they told me the role is closed because of restructuring.
