Venteon was the recruiter, the scheduling process was simple, they were ok with business casual since I was coming from work to meet them, 4 directors in person, asked me about ability to work late at times. I made it clear that I did not have exact experience and given that this was an entry level position they stated that it was ok and that they will train me.
