Interview process was quick. Recruiter was very responsive and kept me up to date. I interviewed with a current software engineer which was mostly a friendly chat about my interests in computer science. My second interview was with an IT director. She was there to further confirm my interests in growth as a software engineer was there and she basically told me I would be a great fit for the program and 1 week later I got my offer!
