      Principal Fraud Analyst Interview

      Jun 22, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Charlotte, NC
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ally Financial (Charlotte, NC) in May 2023

      Interview

5 rounds. 2 behavioral, 3 case interviews. Interview process was kind of a mess. I only interviewed with one person from the team. The rest was senior managers in the group but in different teams. After round five I got a verbal offer, then ghosted by the recruiter for four weeks. They reached out of the blue asking for two more interviews. 7 interviews is insane. Felt like my time was being wasted. At that point I said I didn’t want the job anymore.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Case study questions. They give you a case and you solve it in front of them on. Video. Some technical questions on programming also. Questions about work projects as well.
