No human interaction for a communications position.
Applied online - received a form email inviting me to do a first round interview with video responses, which I did.
Questions asked had little or nothing to do with how my skillsets, deliverables and experience would bring value and solutions to the role. Despite this, I answered in a positive and upbeat manner and did manage to squeeze in some commentary about such deliverables and how they would be a benefit to the company.
Never a follow up after video submission or any type of human interaction until the usual "thanks for applying" automatic rejection email - and of course when you look on LinkedIn and see who got the role and their lack of experience - a true waste of my time applying.
Again, no personality - no human interaction - no real person talk or communication - which is hilarious for a communications and relationships/conversation-based position.
