Interview
Interviews are very well structured. For technical discussions, they'd usually start with the Frontend fundamentals, moving to frameworks, Assignment & System Design.
Post technical discussions, other senior leadership in the organization, would like to talk to you to know more about your past experiences, how you generally work and achieve goals, discussions about practical situations you might have faced throughout your profession journey, quality of work, etc.

[BEWARE] Totally waste of time and baseless assumptions in Interview
I had applied for the Senior Engineer role. They will take at least a month to let you know how much time you wasted. You will be harassed with random rounds of interviews.
There was a total of 10 rounds:
2 Technical rounds (Because of internal confusion on who took the interview)
1 Assignment Round
1 Algo/DS round
1 Sys Design Round
1 hiring manager round
1 with CEO
2 rounds with HR round
1 Background check
You will have decent rounds of technical questions asked, the only part is that interviewers are not in sync with what others asked you will get repeated questions from other rounds.
So just prepare your basics properly for clearing this round.
NOTE:
No one will discuss what you did in the assignment round. The assignment requirement is given as if you are building a full-blown properly architected product in 2 hours. So assignments will be a waste of your time.
Sys design and Hiring manager round will test your real skills on how good an engineer you are.
Your whole impression of the company will change once you come to the HR round.
NOTE:
Don’t blurt out the truth of why you leaving the company. Google a good reason for leaving the company. If you end up assuming they will understand your problem of why you leaving then you are so wrong.
Even if you have aced the technical interview, they will reject the point of why you leaving the company on any small point.
So in short, give a one-liner of why you leaving the company, and please fake that.
The HR round was twice, they didn’t read previous rounds' comments and scheduled another round since they didn't get the information that they needed. Totally understand, no issues. Happens. But, they will not understand your points. :-) Just lie, here the truth will not matter.
Even after the background check, even if prime minister Modi comes and says you are good they would have not cared. They just care about baseless assumptions they) do.
If you really care about your time and dignity, try another company.

Question 1
Just know your basics and remember to lie properly in the HR round.
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. We will investigate internally about the various hiccups we may have faced during your interview process and ensure we streamline the process going forward. We appreciate honest feedback and definitely don't encourage lying at any stage. Thank you, once again.
