Almabase Product Designer interview questions

The interview process was thoughtful and well structured. It included multiple stages such as conversations with the hiring manager, a collaborative whiteboarding session, a culture panel with cross-functional team members, and a final discussion with leadership and HR. What stood out to me was how collaborative and respectful the process felt throughout. The whiteboarding round in particular felt less like an evaluation and more like a working session where the team genuinely wanted to understand my thinking and problem-solving approach. No unpaid take-home exercises!! The culture interview with team members from different functions (sales, customer success, etc.) was also refreshing, as it gave me a chance to understand how design works with other teams at Almabase. Overall, the team was supafast, transparent, friendly, and very considerate during the process.
