Passed recruiter screen and the next stage was with 3 members of the security team. It turned out to be 4. I was told it would be conversational and experience chat like any other hiring manager/culture call but it turned out to be someone asking me random linux cli questions. I understand Linux is the main driver of compute but it just seemed odd considering majority of DevSecOps work is in pipelines using tooling and shifting left before even reaching OS. Apart from that the architect asked me on big projects I owned start to finish. They were also keen on supply chain with SBOMs and working towards regulations like SOC2, ISO etc.
