I completed four rounds of interviews (one of the rounds was a take home exercise), including a final culture fit discussion where the feedback during the conversation was explicitly positive. I was told to expect next steps following internal alignment.
After that, communication deteriorated. Timelines that were shared were missed without proactive updates, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any response. Weeks later, I received a generic automated rejection stating I had not progressed past the screening stage, which was inaccurate given how far I had advanced.
This points to a lack of coordination between the hiring team and HR, as well as a disregard for candidate experience at later stages. While the interviewers themselves were professional, the overall process felt disorganised and poorly managed.

Question 1
was given a large Excel dataset as a take-home exercise and asked to analyse it and present my findings. The task itself was substantial and required a significant time investment, which made the lack of clear communication and proper follow-up afterwards particularly disappointing.
