Alpha Consulting interview questions

Prompt about emails and correstpondance except notifying me of whether or not I was to be hired. Owner of the company came it for part of the interview and then asked interviewer to step out with him for a moment. When she came back she told me that he liked me. So I was surprised when I wasn't offered the job or given any notification as such. I had to call 2 weeks later to find out someone else got the offer.
