Very relaxed interview process! I applied on Indeed and received a phone call from my area manager approximately one week later. They asked if I was still interested in the position and if I was available to work Monday-Friday, 2:30-6:30pm. We then scheduled a time to meet at the main office. The formal interview lasted less than an hour and mainly consisted of situational questions and questions about previous experience with children. If you are interviewing for a Site Director position, you can expect to describe your management style. Otherwise, I discussed my love of kids, my previous experience in childcare, and I was very honest about how I would handle the hypothetical situations. I received an offer the same day! My supervisor even made a point to place me at a school close to home, which made the job offer even more enticing!
