They asked simple questions as to your experience with children, Experience with working with parents, Experience working with other staff. I noticed it was a bit clique-ish when I arrived. It took a long time for them to begin. I think because they were short staffed. But I got the job almost instantly. They seemed to like that I was young and eager to work and be mentored as well.
