Interview
The process was tedious and drawn out over the course of two months. Four interviews, multiple different employees hopping on the call throughout the interviews. The first interview is 45 minutes with a recruiter who asks general questions regarding your previous work experience. The second interview was a 15-minute case study with a manager, answer 2 out of 3 prompts. After the 15-minutes, you review your answers with the manager and go over the BREAD process in depth. The third interview is a 10-minute roleplay scenario with a Vice President in which you act as the Associate and he is an expert you are vetting on behalf of a client. When that concludes, the behavioral interviews starts and the VP vets your qualifications for the role. The final interview was with another VP and lasted about an hour.
