AlphaSights Associate Program interview questions

I was asked to do a recorded video interview after submitting my application. I only got one shot at each question. It was about 5 questions where you had around 30 seconds to answer.

The in-person interview was very extensive. It probably lasted over an hour. They definitely wanted to know if you knew what the company did and your strengths/weaknesses as a candidate, particularly in regards to the role you would later have as an associate. Before this interview, I would definitely think of any relevant experience you have to the role you would be performing -- they requested a lot of specific examples.
