Overall a great experience. Everyone were very friendly, swift replies progressing me throughout the steps, informed about what the interviews would be about.
Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. Got sent more info then had a casual phone call for even more information and also got to tell them about myself and my experiences.
Sent links to prepare for first official round, info on the company etc.
1st round - 45min-1h video interview with HR, behavioural questions, strengths, weaknesses, what are you hoping to learn, what's a time when you demonstrated XYZ, time you failed, succeeded, used persuasion, greatest achievement.
Got send case study to prep for next step.
2nd round - 1h video case study with Global VP. Difficult, many questions caught me off guard despite having prepared a lot.
Also many behavioural questions, how I work in a team, what latest employer would say about me, how I motivate myself, motivations for the role, how it fits into future career plans, the company
3rd and final - 30 mins video with General Counsel. More casual, super friendly - more about my degree, why AlphaSights, the role, motivations, future career plans.
I dressed formally for all interviews. Not all interviewers were very formally dressed but I would anyway. Was eventually scheduled a "feedback video call" during which I was successfully offered the role.
Really recommend applying! Have been in touch with 4-5 people from AlphaSights and if everyone (even people high up) is this friendly, I think it'll be a great place to work.
