I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Feb 2016
Interview
Initially had a video interview and didn't get an offer. Then I attended an information session at my college and realized that the company cares a lot about how they identify themselves, and their future employees understanding what the company is really about. I applied again, and was immediately fast tracked to a phone interview with an HR rep. Thought the phone interview went really well, I described the company just as they had in the info session, but unfortunately I still did not get a call back.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
