Interview
The interview process consisted of a Video Assessment consisting of 4 questions related to Alphasights as well as general background about yourself. You can start with a trial question that allows you to set your camera and test your microphone. After that the interview starts and you have to respond to each question after 15 seconds.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
