I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Silver Spring, MD) in Sep 2016
Interview
Apply online and if they like it then video assessment then couple rounds of interviews. Didn't get past video assessment but it seems this is the vital point of the screening process (i.e. Look at their employees...majority of them look good). Very candidate friendly process to go through though in that it's one of the least annoying job apps to put in.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
