After an initial CV screening, there was an online test with written questions as well as the video assessment. All the questions can be found here, prepare for them so you're not caught off guard.
Following the online test, I was invited for a Skype conversation with HR. Super nice and approachable, asked predictable questions such as how the associate position fits into my career plan. Still haven't heard back yet.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
